It's day 1 for me at Cisco Live. @Celestecarroll and I arrived last night and just missed the check-in so I had to head over to registration this morning. Of course something had to be screwed up. My CCIE is somehow not attached to my registration, even though I am 100% certain that I entered it when I registered. I usually expect one glitch when registering. At least the Netvet status was there, however without the CCIE/Netvet status you can't attend the Chambers reception for CCIE/Netvet so that's number one on the list to do today. It doesn’t really upset me much, these folks at Cisco Live have so much going on that something is bound to happen and they always handle it in a timely manner.
My first session however, starts at 10am and it's “Building an Enterprise Access Control Architecture using ISE and TrustSec.” Personally I've been doing a great deal of ISE training and implementaitons/upgrades these days so I'm looking forward to spending some time in these sessions. At 1pm I have BRKSEC-3369, Desigining ISE for Scale and High Availability. Yep, another ISE session. And of course the welcome keynote is at 3:30, so while it's not a jam packed day there are some things going on.
That's the agenda for today! See you around the show floor!
