I’m happy to announce that my latest course, CCNP Security: Network Infrastructure Protection, is now available. In this course I cover topics from the 300-206 SENSS exam and teach you how to protect your network infrastructure from attack. This course covers configurations on the Cisco ASA, Cisco IOS routers, and Cisco switches.
High Level Overview
In the first module I take a look at a number of attack scenarios and how we can mitigate these attacks on a Cisco device. Then we jump right in to the control plane security for Cisco IOS. We cover CPPr and routing protocol protection, the management plane on both Cisco IOS and Cisco ASA, and Cisco traffic telemetry methods. We also cover L3 and L3 data plane security.
I’m certain you’ll enjoy this course. I personally had a lot of fun putting it together.
Be on the lookout for my next course, Cisco ASA NAT for CCNP Security (300-206) SENSS.
If you’re working on your CCNP Security and you haven’t already, I encourage you to check out Cisco CCNP Security: Secure Design Principles where I cover many of the design principles discussed in the 300-206.
