		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for this. It was an awesome reference and nicely done. Having a CCNP, I retain the basics all the time but in the corporate world, I can get rusty, sometimes focused in one arena or designing, I lose touche with the distances etc. I just brushed up before an interview and aced it. :)&lt;/p&gt;
