Anyone ever ask what you want?

I am curious to hear what you want in a training provider.  I’m not just talking at the CCIE level.  I am talking in general, for all Cisco training.  What matters to you?  I created a poll with as much as I can think of but I am sure that I have missed something.  If you want to add something please leave a comment.

I am interested in this because I have no say over what my company delivers, seeing as how I am a lowly instructor, although I recommend a number of things based on what I know I would want.  Not much of what I recommend ever happens.

I liked a lot of the ideas that Brian Dennis had in the Internetwork Expert (IE) corporate announcement and I really like the direction that IE is heading.  But I want to know what you think.  I am curious if you have similar wants in training as to what I suggest to my company.

So put yourself in the shoes of a student, even if you are a trainer or the owner of a training company, and tell me what YOU would want.

ps- “all of the above” is at the very bottom if you want to save some time checking off boxes.

I too thought IE’s position was very interesting. That is the type of customer focus that I think is very important. It is unfortunate that Cisco cannot give more freedom to CLP’s.
