		<description>&lt;p&gt;Good point about how to keep it fair.  I agree with the fact that either a prospect can or cannot configure it.  I just know that some people go about things differently.  I think the interview could lend insight into that.  I guess that&#039;s not necessarily a scoring factor though and certainly not one that can be kept fair as you pointed out.&lt;/p&gt;

I can&#039;t imagine it would add much more value to the certification.  You can either configure to their requirements or you cant. (and at this point in time I can&#039;t :)).  Regardless, I dont know how an interview could be kept completely fair.  I suppose we will have to wait and see if this message is even real, then take it from there.&lt;/p&gt;

I would imagine questions like &quot;at this point in the lab, you did x, can you tell me why&quot;.  My fear is that it would be hard to keep this type of evaluation fair and even.
